THE STORY

• After three failed attempts by some of the Southeast’s top retail developers, Holtmann was able to lead the development of this 38 acre site in the heart of Madison. Madison offers the highest household incomes it the state of Mississippi, a leading public school system and high educational attainment making it the most sought after town for retail. Holtmann Properties was also able to reach an agreement with the city to extend the main road throughout the property connecting to Madison Avenue which drastically opened up the site and improved access.
